Unique for Angel Investors, is the filtering system that will occure natrually through BCS. BCS will only present to the group qualified businesses that have already completed their programs. Investors will only view companies already in compliance with Federal, State and Local agencies as well as with the lending markets. In addition, these companies will have all necessary items most investors request before looking at a deal, such as an Executive Summary, Business Plan and Financial Statements.

Scott Fritz is an Entrepreneur, Business Coach and Angel Investor. In March of 2008 he founded Growth Connect – growthconnect.com. By leveraging and combining the services of business coaching, advisory board development and angel investment resources, Growth Connect specializes in the hyper growth entrepreneur and business owner.

Mr. Fritz founded his previous company, Human Capital – peochoice.com, in 1997. Human Capital is a Professional Employer Organization providing small to medium sized businesses with employer administration services. Through persistent passion and focus, Scott grew his company into a nationwide player with 2007 annual revenues of $170 million dollars. This hyper growth landed Human Capital and its affiliate division on the INC. 500 list in 2003 and 2004 with growth rates in excess of 1,000 percent. Servicing 350 client companies and 5,000 employees in over 40 states, Human Capital was sold to a nationwide staffing firm in December of 2007.

As an active Angel investor, Mr. Fritz has invested in eleven separate ventures over the past eight years. Some areas of investment include: land development, environmental services, business services and entertainment.  His involvement with these companies ranges from passive investor and advisory board member to paid coach and consultant. Scott enjoys sharing his experiences in growing companies, coaching budding entrepreneurs, and developing strategic plans for each of his endeavors. One of his recent investments sold for 70 million dollars within three years of his initial funding, equaling well over a 300 percent return.

Mr. Fritz resides in Las Vegas, and is the Past President of the local Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) Chapter – eonetwork.org. During 2007-2008 he held the position of Global Chapter Development Committee Chair, overseeing the Global development of 120 EO Chapters representing more than 6,500 members in 38 countries. Scott is also an EO Certified Strategy Summit and Accelerator Facilitator, facilitating over twenty individual EO chapter events each year. This role enables him to coach the “leaders of leaders” by improving their focus, alignment and momentum for EO Chapter Boards and Accelerator programs throughout the United States and Canada.

Scott’s personal interests include: spending time with his wife and two girls, traveling, politics, automobiles, art and an occasional game of golf.

Mr. Francis is a sought after speaker by top seminars and organizations in the country to speak about systems for marketing any business and taking it to the next level. Having worked with such experts as Tony Robbins, Mr. Francis brings his passion for life and entrepreneurship to audiences around the world showing attendees how to drive their businesses to the next level of success. Mr. Francis currently works as a mentor and advisor for several C.E.O.’s and business owners, assisting them in building proven systems to grow their companies as leaders in their field.

Mark Del Guercio is a remarkable speaker, investor, business coach and social entrepreneur.
